Update to our operation

Our terminal operations are still processing the backlogs caused by a system cutover on 24 Sep 2023. Additional staff are supporting the operations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane terminals as we process freight as quickly as possible. A large proportion of the import backlog was collected over the last 72 hours, however due to the long weekend, some customers were unable to arrange collection.

Our team is contacting all remaining customers with import freight still in our warehouse to arrange collection times, and our terminals are operating extended hours to assist.  

Export freight is moving through our terminals as we rebook impacted freight on the next available services.

We apologise for the ongoing issues relating to visibility of freight online and via notifications which we know is critical.

Export lodgements:

  • We are experiencing some linking issues with Australian Customs which is impacting normal timelines resulting in extended delays.
  • To mitigate mishandled freight, please lodge all general shipments for bypass shipperloaded and loose freight 2 hours earlier than normal lodgement times.

  • Any storage fees which may apply due to delayed processing will be waived. Fees will apply for freight being lodged from 29 Sep 2023.

  • All Fresh and Perishable shipments should be lodged as normal to protect the shipment, as cool room access may be unavailable for extended periods.

Import collections:

  • Our major international terminals in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney are experiencing extended processing delays.

  • Priority is being given to urgent freight and we’re extending our hours of operation in selected ports to expedite clearance wherever possible.

  • Any storage fees which may apply due to delayed processing will be waived. Fees will apply for freight being lodged from 29 Sep 2023.
